Several leaders and veterans in Silicon Valley have reacted after US President Donald Trump signed an executive order requiring every new H-1B visa application to include a one-time payment of $100,000. While some, such as OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and Netflix Co-Founder Reed Hastings, supported the decision, others found it to be unjust.
